Do I need to visit Kenya to buy property?
No, but we recommend it if possible. We can handle everything remotely—virtual tours, document signing, payments—but seeing the property in person gives you extra confidence. Many clients do the entire process remotely and visit once construction starts or after completion.
How do I know the title is real?
We verify every title at the Kenya Ministry of Lands before showing you the property. You get copies of the verification documents, title deed, and search reports. We also check for pending court cases, ownership disputes, and unpaid taxes. If something’s wrong, we walk away and tell you why.
What if something goes wrong during construction?
You get progress updates every two weeks with photos and videos. If there’s an issue—delays, quality problems, contractor disputes—we handle it immediately and keep you informed. Our contracts include penalties if we’re late, so we’re motivated to stay on schedule.
How do I send money safely?
We work with secure international transfer systems and provide full documentation for every payment. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying for (land, materials, labor, permits) and when payments are due. We never accept cash or ask for transfers to personal accounts.
Can you manage my property after I buy it?
Yes. If you’re buying a rental property or building a home you won’t occupy immediately, we handle tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance, and inspections. You get monthly income sent to your account and regular updates on the property’s condition.
What about taxes and ongoing costs?
We inform you upfront about property taxes, service charges (for apartments), and maintenance costs. No hidden fees after you buy. For land, we confirm there are no unpaid taxes before transfer. For buildings, we explain annual rates and utilities clearly.
Do you help with mortgages or financing?
We can connect you with Kenyan banks that offer mortgages to diaspora buyers, but financing is often easier if you have savings or income abroad. Many clients buy land cash and finance construction in stages as funds allow.
